Healthcare Integrations for HIPAA-Compliant Ad Tracking

Curve Compliance connects your ad platforms, scheduling tools, EHR and intake systems, CRMs, call tracking, mobile apps and analytics, so each booking is credited to the ad that sent it. Conversions go from Curve's servers to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and more, and each platform receives only a fixed list of fields, under the BAA Curve signs on every plan.

How it works

One Rule for Every Integration

Server-side delivery

Conversions go from Curve's servers to each platform's API. Nothing on your site talks to an ad platform directly.

A fixed list of fields

Each ad platform receives only the fields set for it. Contact identifiers are off by default and SHA-256 hashed when enabled.

A BAA on every plan

Curve signs a BAA on every plan for its own handling of your data. Connected tools work under their own agreements with you.

Proof in Event Logs

Event Logs show what Curve sent to each platform and what the platform accepted.

What Curve Connects To

From the ad click to the booking, the outcome and the report. Tools with an arrow link to more detail, including whether that vendor signs a BAA.

1. Ad click

Ad platforms, server-side

Curve Compliance sends each conversion from its servers to the platform's conversion API, matched to that platform's click ID, so campaigns optimize on real leads and bookings.

Each platform receives only its fixed list of fields. Contact identifiers are off by default and SHA-256 hashed when enabled, and page titles, free text and form answers are never sent.

2. Booking

Scheduling and booking tools

When a visitor clicks through to book, Curve Compliance hands the scheduler a bridge token, a short reference to the visit's ad attribution, and credits the booking to the original ad click when the booking comes back, even days later.

The bridge token carries no form content and is not a patient identifier. The booking reaches each ad platform with only that platform's fixed list of fields.

Plain booking links to these schedulers are handled automatically. GoHighLevel, embedded booking widgets and pop-ups are set up by Curve's team, and a booking link to any other platform can be included on request.

3. Booking

EHR and intake tools via Keragon

Keragon, a separate HIPAA-compliant automation service, sends each booking from your EHR, scheduling or intake tool to Curve Compliance, which matches it to the patient's original ad visit and forwards it as a conversion.

The booking payload itself is not forwarded: ad platforms receive only their fixed list of fields. Keragon has its own account and its own BAA.

4. Outcome

CRM and call outcomes

Results from your CRM, booking system and call tracking come into Curve Compliance through incoming webhooks and are credited to the ad click behind them. HubSpot and WhatConverts outcomes show in Campaign Reporting as CRM revenue and close rate.

Any outcome forwarded to an ad platform carries only that platform's fixed list of fields, like every other conversion.

5. Outcome

Offline conversion uploads

Upload a CSV exported from your CRM, EHR or booking tool, and Curve Compliance matches each row to a tracked visitor by email, ad click ID or bridge token, then forwards the matches like any live conversion.

Matched rows reach each ad platform with only that platform's fixed list of fields.

  • CSV from a CRM
  • CSV from an EHR
  • CSV from a booking tool

6. Outcome

Mobile apps and servers

The Curve Compliance React Native SDK reports in-app events such as a booking or a purchase from iOS and Android apps, with deep links attributing journeys that start on your website and continue in the app. The Server SDK takes conversions your own backend sends.

Forwarding to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising or LinkedIn is switched on per event and per platform, with the same fixed list of fields.

  • React Native SDK (iOS and Android)
  • Server SDK

7. Reporting

Analytics and history

GA4 historical import brings your daily totals from before Curve was installed into Curve Compliance Analytics, so your charts show the full trend from day one.

Imported GA4 history is for reporting and is never forwarded to an ad platform.

8. Reporting

Data export API

The Curve Compliance export API returns row-level events, visitor journeys, email attribution and webhook conversions, each with the ad attribution it matched, ready for your warehouse or BI tool.

Exports go to your own systems with your organization's API key. Curve Forms leads have their own read-only export.

9. Reporting

AI assistants with Curve MCP

Connect Claude Code, Cursor or Claude Desktop to Curve Compliance and ask for campaign, analytics, forms, consent and CRM outcome reports as totals and weekly breakdowns.

Names, email addresses and phone numbers of people are never returned over the connection, and small counts are hidden.

FAQ

Healthcare Integrations FAQ

Which EHR and scheduling tools does Curve Compliance integrate with?

Curve Compliance carries ad attribution into IntakeQ, Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Jane App, OptiMantra, Boulevard, Zocdoc, Mindbody, Vagaro, Square, Setmore and Booker with a bridge token, and Curve's team sets up GoHighLevel and embedded booking widgets. EHR and intake tools such as Healthie, Athenahealth, OptiMantra, IntakeQ and Jane App send bookings to Curve through Keragon, a separate HIPAA-compliant automation service. Each booking is credited to the ad click that started it.

Are Curve's integrations server-side?

Yes. The Curve Compliance script replaces the ad pixels on your site, and conversions go from Curve's servers to Meta Conversions API, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and the other platforms you connect. Nothing on your site talks to an ad platform directly. Each platform receives only a fixed list of fields, with contact identifiers off by default and SHA-256 hashed when enabled, and Event Logs show what Curve sent and what each platform accepted.

What if my booking tool isn't listed?

The Curve team sets it up. A booking link to any other platform can be included on request, and buttons that open a scheduler with JavaScript, pop-ups, embedded booking widgets and platforms such as GoHighLevel get a small custom setup from Curve's team. Tell Curve Compliance how your booking flow works and the team configures it for you.

Can completed appointments be sent back to Google Ads and Meta?

Yes. When your booking tool, EHR or CRM reports an appointment to Curve Compliance through an incoming webhook, Keragon or an offline CSV upload, Curve matches it to the visitor's original ad click and forwards it to Google Ads and Meta like any other conversion. Google Ads credits each upload to the ad click that brought the visitor and accepts it within 90 days of that click.

Does Curve's BAA cover the tools it connects to?

Curve Compliance signs a BAA on every plan, covering how Curve handles your data. Your booking platform, EHR, CRM and Keragon each work under their own agreement with you, and Curve's BAA Directory shows which tools sign one. Each ad platform receives only the fixed list of fields set for it.

Who sets up the integrations?

Curve's team does. You grant access or supply IDs for each ad platform and share what your booking tool or CRM sends, and the Curve Compliance team connects destinations, configures webhook matching and tests delivery. Setup is typically live in about a week.
