What the BAA covers and excludes

Covers, in Weave's words:

  • "Except as otherwise limited in this Addendum, Weave may use PHI in accordance with HIPAA Rules within internal and external Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) systems and models and only to the extent permitted by HIPAA Rules."

What this means for ad tracking
