What the BAA covers and excludes

Covers, in RingCentral's words:

  • "The following services are covered by the RingCentral BAA: RingCentral Fax, RingEX, RingCX, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCentral Engage Digital (third party channel communications excluded)", along with the AI services RingCentral lists.

Excludes or limits, in RingCentral's words:

  • RingCentral Engage Digital is covered with "third party channel communications excluded".

What this means for ad tracking
