What the BAA covers and excludes

Covers, in Zendesk's words:

  • On Zendesk Suite Professional or Enterprise, Zendesk lists Support, Guide, Gather, Chat and Zendesk messaging, Explore and Talk as covered services.

Excludes or limits, in Zendesk's words:

  • "You can use it only with covered services and eligible add-ons, while EAPs, Marketplace apps, and other third-party services are not covered."
  • Talk is covered "excluding Text".

What this means for ad tracking
