What the BAA covers and excludes

Excludes or limits, in PostHog's words:

  • "The managed reverse proxy is not covered by BAAs and should not be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI)."
  • "PostHog AI and other AI features are not covered by BAAs and should not be enabled in organizations where any project processes Protected Health Information (PHI)."
