What the BAA covers and excludes

Excludes or limits, in Vimeo's words:

  • "Vimeo users who have not signed a BAA may not use Vimeo in any manner subject to HIPAA, including uploading any HIPAA-controlled materials (such as private patient information) to their account, even as private videos."
