How HollyFit Started Tracking Its Ads Again
Kyle Holland runs HollyFit, a performance health membership with coaching, at-home bloodwork and physician-guided care. He was guessing which ads worked. Curve's team set up HIPAA-compliant tracking for him, and now he adjusts his campaigns based on what actually brings in members.

The Challenge
“Trying to advertise in the telehealth space is already a very uphill battle.”
HollyFit grows through Facebook and Instagram ads. Its marketing site and its member sign-up live on two separate websites, and as a telehealth brand it keeps patient health information away from ad platforms. That rules out the standard ad pixel, and without it Kyle couldn't see which ads were bringing in members. He was, in his words, “blindly guessing” and not seeing the results he wanted.
What Curve Set Up
Curve's team did the setup for Kyle:
- Tracking on both HollyFit websites, so a visitor who clicks an ad is followed from the first page through sign-up and checkout, including the move from the marketing site to the member site.
- A conversion for each step that matters to HollyFit: program and coaching sign-ups, intake, checkout and new memberships.
- Server-side delivery to Meta through the Conversions API. Curve strips PHI before anything reaches Meta, and it all runs under Curve's BAA.
- With those conversions coming back, Meta can optimize HollyFit's campaigns toward the people who actually sign up.
“Got everything set up for me. I really didn't have to do anything myself, and now I'm able to track my ads again.”
The Result
Kyle can track his ads again. He can see which campaigns bring in sign-ups, he adjusts them based on that, and his results are climbing.
“Where I was blindly guessing, not seeing the results I wanted, now I'm able to adjust and starting to see the results go up and to the right once again.”
He credits Curve with nearly every conversion he can confirm:
“I owe about all of my conversions, at least the ones I know of for sure, to Curve Compliance.”
